MTK- managers training task force
MTK comprises a small core of IDEE association training Managers who have experience in appraising the training needs of trainees and the identification of appropriate placements on a range of academic and practical courses.

To support the identification of effective main training placements Training Managers make use of a network of Associate Advisers based in the Romania or abroad who are contracted to provide training design and placement advice in their respective areas of expertise.

The main activities of the our training task force are to:
· identify appropriate academic, vocational and practical training in public relations, political sciences and European affairs at all levels across the local education and training sector.
· monitor training delivery. develop information and effective advisory resources which support the training placement process
· provide programming advice for study tours and visits

AA - Associate Advisers
Associate Advisers are drawn from both the academic and development consultancy sectors. Once identified they are invited to provide training placement and visitor programme design services. They do this on the basis of their knowledge of and contact with IDEE training resources in their specific discipline and their understanding of development work in relation to the training needs of overseas students. Associates work under contract to specific terms of reference and their inputs are monitored by TTKs Training Managers to ensure accuracy and impartiality. Training Managers also take account of additional considerations such as institutional student support services, fee levels and feedback from past placements. They undertake regular visits to training providers and use the services of the Regional Network to ensure that information is current and accurate.
