Andrei Stoiciu, born 1970, graduated in political sciences (Mc Gill & University of Quebec) and obtained a master (MA) in international relations from the same university. He holds a PhD degree in political communication from l'Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. He has published five books, including a manual of public relations, and dozens of articles in Western Europe, North America, Eastern Europe. His core expertise is in the field of strategic communication and policy analysis. He has worked as a consultant in Eastern Europe, South America and Western Europe for international institutions, media groups and governmental organisations. He has been teaching at the Bucharest, and at the Quebec University . He served as an advisor for civil society affairs to the Romanian president and he is currently CEO of IDEE. [See CV]
